First, you'll want an agent ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. I can and will do that. The term "Realtor" is a national qualifying designation by which there are higher standards of practice. Not all real estate agents are Realtors. I am a Realtor.

Second, you'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local market conditions. With my years of experience in the local market - I have the expertise and track record of success you need. I began real estate practice in the mid 70's (you may do the math!).

Third, you'll want an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. You'll love the resources available on my website and the e-mail alerts that I send, but these will never replace the time I spend with you, serving as your personal guide through this exciting process.

Fourth, I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, and a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors. My outstanding achievements include multiple Million Dolllar Club Award Winner, numerous Listing Award Winner and Monthly Sales Award Winner designations, as well as a Dixie Region Award Winner.  These awards are a reflection of my hard work, dedication, and effectiveness.
